Third-Party Liability Noncovered Procedure Code List

Current and historical lists of the noncovered procedure codes for the major health insurance carriers in the State of Kansas are available. The spreadsheets include the dates when the State received blanket denial letters from the insurance companies. Codes are in effect for one year from the date of receipt of the blanket denial letter. These dates must be used in the Other Payer Date Adjudicated field when providers submit electronic claims.
