If you have not completed a web application, go to the Forms page. Under the Drug Manufacturer subject line, find the Kansas Drug Rebate Web Portal Application. Fill out this application and submit per application instructions.

If you have submitted the application and have not received a registration letter from Customer Service within 7 to 10 business days, email the Drug Rebate department at ksdrugrebate@gainwelltechnologies.com.
